Talent Co. is an agency company founded by Ayça Kardeş and co-founded by Ilkay Doğan, each of whom works with a team of experts in their field. It represents the leading actors, directors and screenwriters of Turkey and aims to bring in the new talents to the sector.

She started journalism in 1996 at the Hürriyet Magazine Department. After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Communication, she worked as a reporter, editor and TV critic in the fields of magazine, culture and arts at Yeni Binyıl, Hürriyet, Vatan and Haftalık. Between 2006 and 2014, she worked as a news director, program and news editor at various outlets affiliated with Doğuş Medya. She worked as an editorial content and communication coordinator at STR Yapım and Birand Yapım. In 2017, she produced the Günaydın Türkiye program on Kanal D and worked as an editor at the Kanal D News Center. Between 2018 and 2021, she served as the Corporate Communications Manager at Demirören TV (Kanal D, Teve2, Radyo D).

After graduating from Istanbul University Public Relations and Advertising Department in 2009, she took part in the art team in TV series, movies and commercial sets. In 2014, she worked as a sponsor manager at tv8 and Gold Yapım. Then, she worked as an advertising coordinator at ALL Publishing, which includes L’Officiel Türkiye, ALL, ALLDECOR, L’Officiel Hommes magazines, for 5 years. Gizem Nacak joined the Talent Co. family in 2023 to develop brand and digital collaborations.

After graduating from the Cinema and Television Department of Pera Fine Arts Academy and the Media and Communication Department of Anadolu University in 2006, she joined Gaye Sökmen Agency.

Between 2007 and 2024, she coordinated the PR strategies and press relations of the actors in the series, film and advertising projects they were involved in and managed the agency's PR department for approximately 17 years.

Songül Göksel, who joined the Talent Co. family as of 2024, continues to work as a manager.

After graduating from Istanbul Kültür University, Department of Economics in 2015, she started her career in the drama department of Endemol Shine Turkey. She worked in management agencies between 2018-2022 and was the cast director of many projects. Joining the Talent Co. family as of 2023, Tuğçe Onyıl continues to work as a manager
